Our Sessions
Our work together would start by understanding the unique ways your situation has impacted you, and create a vision for what your ideal life may look like instead. I also emphasize acceptance practices around difficult thoughts and feelings, so that you can discover and focus on what truly matters to you.

I often focus on relational dynamics, helping to understand emotional reactions and challenges, and improving communication.
I am a trained couples therapist, understanding the influence of attachment and addressing conflict so we can find our way towards connection.

I believe both the present and past are important to address together, using trauma and attachment lenses including EMDR, along with emotional and mindfulness practices. I also implement cognitive-behavioural interventions when suitable.

My approach to therapy is centered around collaboration and empathy. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, and my role is to help facilitate that process. I hope to be able to learn about your story, provide you support, and share insights while working collaboratively.

My journey towards becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by both personal and altruistic experiences.
Walking alongside others in their mental health journeys, along with navigating my own challenges, motivated me to discover effective ways to navigate the universal challenges we all may encounter

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path towards personal growth and mental wellness.
